Added a richer avatar dropdown with current workspace display, workspace switcher shell, quick theme toggle, What’s New, Help Center, Workspace Settings, Billing, and Logout shortcuts.

Cleaned up the Profile & Account modal so it now focuses on Profile, Preferences, Notifications, and Account Security.

Moved billing out of the personal profile modal and into Workspace Settings as a workspace-level Billing & Subscription section.

Added a public changelog page for product updates, fixes, and release notes.

Moved changelog content into lib/changelog.ts so future updates only require editing the data file.
